fusionHub is fusionSpan’s comprehensive data solution for organizations. For organizations who are always seeking the best platforms to engage their customers and members, there is inevitably the data silos that crop up throughout their ecosystem – either where data is captured but not shared with the rest of the solutions, or where data is not refreshed by the system of record, left to become stale. fusionHub addresses all those data issues by providing a consistent process to integrations that ensures integrations all pass through a centralized platform, and ensure data doesn’t get lost in the process. One of the highlights of fusionHub is that its intended as an integration service, where not only are we implementing an integration but we are actively monitoring it 24/7 and taking remedial action when any issues arise. This gives the client the peace of mind that all integrations are working as intended.

We do this with a combination of server monitoring, centralized logging, failure alerts and automated tests that run several times a day. This means that you don’t need an end user to report an issue or rely on multiple vendors to fix issues.

API Developer Portal

A developer portal is an application that you use to make your APIs available to your customers. All internal and external developers have access to the portal, where they can discover all organization wide API’s, request access and test out the API’s. It also allows for API monitoring, logging and managing granular access to API’s.


fusionConnect offers three plans, depending on the size of your organization – Base, Premium, and Enterprise. All three plans include access to see and build your own integrations, integration notifications, retries and guaranteed delivery, and access to a range of integration connectors. At a high level, we would recommend the following:

Base Plan – Primarily for smaller organizations or organizations not ready to fully migrate to the fusionHub. Would expect that the customer has between 1 and 3 platforms they are looking to integrate, with most of the integrations being run on a nightly basis. Generally are not doing a lot of new development, so less need for dedicated testing Apps.

Premium Plan – For larger organizations, likely supporting 3 to 10 platforms. Likely the organization has some active development ongoing and therefore will need dedicated Apps for testing, but does not require a separate test instance.

Enterprise Plan – Large organizations with an exhaustive list of platforms that is regularly updating and enhancing their integrations or adding on new platforms.
