The Salesforce Talent Alliance is a program that connects employers to new talent within the Salesforce ecosystem, with an emphasize on a diverse workforce that reflects society around the globe. The program entails partners making a pledge to recruit new Salesforce professionals while also incorporating inclusive hiring practices.

We are proud to announce that fusionSpan partnered with SalesforceTalent Alliance as we continue to work towards a more inclusive and diverse workforce. This new partnership allows us to continue to develop talent in the Salesforce ecosystem and strengthen our partner relationships and impact the technology industry as a whole. The Salesforce Talent Alliance program provides talent from underrepresented groups with hands on work experience, mentorship, and professional connections. We are thrilled to host our first Fellow through this initiative next week.

Carla Yvonne comes with about 20 years of global Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience to oversee and scale people operations that affect team member experience and company culture. She is responsible for programs and initiatives that are focused on engagement, culture, total rewards, career development, DE&I, hiring top talent, and improving team member retention rate. She has previously led people teams, built HR infrastructure for start-ups, and helped prior organizations maintain their Best Places to Work status that received in total over 25 employer awards.
