What is a fun fact about yourself that people might not know?

My surname is very notable due to one of the freedom fighters & educationists, “Mr. Gopal Ganesh Agarkar”. People used to keep in mind my surname because of him. My friends often call out my surname only.

What are some of your hobbies or interests?

The arts have always been a profound passion of mine, extending far beyond mere hobbies. Drawing and painting serve as channels through which I express my innermost thoughts, emotions, and ideas. Each stroke on a blank canvas brings me immense joy as I employ diverse techniques and mediums to create artwork that is both visually captivating and deeply meaningful. Whether I am capturing the beauty of nature, delving into abstract concepts, or portraying the human form, my artistic skills serve as a means to communicate and forge connections with others on a profound level.

In addition to my dedication to visual arts, I have also developed a keen interest in the Cajon instrument. Originating from Peru, this versatile percussion instrument has captivated my attention with its rich rhythmic possibilities. Through devoted practice and exploration, I have honed my skills, delving into various beats and patterns, and fully immersing myself in the vibrant world of percussion. Playing the Cajon grants me a rhythmic outlet, enabling me to express myself through the universal language of music.

What are some of your favorite things about your job?

The creative process of UI/UX design brings me immense joy as it allows me to seamlessly blend my artistic talents with my problem-solving skills, resulting in visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. I find great satisfaction and fulfillment in the iterative nature of this role, which empowers me to refine and enhance designs based on valuable user feedback continuously. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and embracing diverse perspectives not only fuels my creativity but also fosters a dynamic work environment that stimulates growth and innovation.

I am deeply committed to staying updated with the latest design trends and tools, constantly pushing the boundaries of UI/UX design. This drive to explore and embrace new possibilities propels my work forward. Ultimately, what truly motivates and inspires me in my UI/UX design career is the opportunity to make a positive impact through my designs. By improving user experiences and driving business success, I aim to create meaningful change and contribute to the overall success of the projects I am involved in.

Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you had?

Prior to joining this organization, I had the opportunity to work with an interior designer specializing in mural design. Mural designing entails the creation of large-scale, site-specific artworks that adorn walls or surfaces. This unique form of visual art combines elements of painting, storytelling, and public art to transform ordinary spaces into captivating and immersive environments.

Although my experience in mural designing deviated from my initial career path, it provided me with valuable insights and enriched my artistic repertoire. It served as a valuable stepping stone in my professional journey, allowing me to explore different facets of the creative industry and broaden my skill set. While it may not have aligned directly with my original career aspirations, it equipped me with diverse perspectives and a deeper understanding of the artistic process, which have proven to be valuable assets in my current role.

What do you like most about fusionSpan?

Since joining fusionSpan, I have experienced tremendous personal and professional growth. The organization has provided me with an exceptional platform to develop my skills and capabilities. I like Tiger because it carries royalty and a strong attitude.

What does your ideal weekend look like?

I find great joy in spending quality time with my family and friends, especially in serene natural settings such as the forest. Exploring new spaces and immersing myself in the beauty of nature is a source of rejuvenation and inspiration for me. One particular activity I find delightful is bird watching, as it allows me to observe and appreciate the diverse avian species.

Equally, I also relish the simple pleasures of staying at home and enjoying my own company.
