Himali is a fS veteran and will have been with the team for 8(!) years in May. What’s keeping her around? “I love the constant challenges… I can honestly say it’s the most fun my brain has had since college.”
A love of meeting new problems with creative solutions is only fitting for her position, but she doubles down on prioritizing innovation, naming it as her favorite of fusionSpan’s company values, but emphasizing that it cannot exist without trust and community – “For me, innovation strikes when talking to the trusted community we’ve built.”
Himali calls Rockville home but is the ultimate world ✈️🌍 traveler. She’s leaned into fusionSpan’s remote work culture, taking the team with her across the globe via Zoom.
Her favorite place for remote work, so far? 🇲🇦 Marrakech!
