Bio: Tracy grew up in Western Loudoun County, VA, and has lived in WV for almost 20 years now. She has over 15 years experience working on CRM-based projects, and has been a part of close to 100 CRM Implementations. Tracy also has extensive knowledge in areas such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud as well as 3rd party integrations, data migrations and the release management process.
Tracy says the most rewarding part of her career has been helping customers achieve their goals and to build long term relationships. Tracy is a cat lover and has several, and also enjoys being outdoors as much as possible.
