Reporting

Base Configuration & Setup

We establish up to 3 streamlined sales paths, configure person accounts and price books, and set up your accounts and contacts with approximately 20 essential fields per record to ensure a well-organized database.

Data Migration

We will securely migrate your key customer and sales data (Accounts and Contacts) into Salesforce. We also configure security settings, including one profile and permission sets, ensuring people have the proper access.

Opportunity Management

We will configure Salesforce to track your sales pipeline, win rates, competitor insights, and sales stages, giving your team the clarity they need to close deals effectively. You’ll have three customized sales processes/paths to fit your organization’s workflow.

Adoption Training
