Obaid Shaik

Obaid is an IT leader with over 25 years of experience in the professional service and software industries, with 15 years in the association space. He has successfully led large scale enterprise implementations, optimized legacy processes, instilled best practices, and nurtured high performing teams, in order to successfully meet clients’ expectations and their missions. Obaid is adept in fostering long-term and trusted advisory partnerships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. He is also able to work in the trenches, act upon key business challenges, provide value at every stage of a project lifecycle, promote change management, and create business opportunities.

Obaid resides in Illinois with his wife, three daughters, and two sons. Outside of an active family life, he volunteers in his spare time on the weekends at MSI, a non-profit organization.
