We’re thrilled to announce that fusionSpan has been recognized as a Salesforce Summit Partner—the highest tier in the Salesforce partner program (formerly known as Platinum status). This milestone represents years of dedication to excellence and client success, but what does it actually mean for the organizations we serve?

What is a Summit Partner?

What is a Summit PartnerUnderstanding the Salesforce Partner Program

Salesforce creates powerful cloud products but relies on its extensive network of partners, like fusionSpan, for technical implementation and customization. The relationship is symbiotic – Salesforce provides the powerful platform, and partners like us help organizations maximize its potential through strategic implementation and customization.

What Does It Take to Become a Salesforce Summit Partner?

The Salesforce partnership program has four tiers – Base, Ridge, Crest, and Summit. These tiers are assigned through a strict evaluation system that considers customer satisfaction, certifications, project volume, innovation, and more.

The system is designed to identify partners committed to quality for the long run – those who demonstrate empirical evidence of high customer satisfaction scores, diligent feedback collection, and the ability to drive growth both for clients and within the Salesforce ecosystem.

How Did fusionSpan Reach Summit Status?

How Did fusionSpan Reach Summit Status_While fusionSpan has been innovating on Salesforce for over a decade, our journey to Summit status accelerated when we strategically shifted to support our clients with their core Salesforce projects. This approach strengthened our relationship with Salesforce and substantially increased our project volume.

In FY2025 alone, we completed 53 projects across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft platforms. More importantly, we maintained an impressive average customer satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-volume projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Recognizing that Agentforce and Data Cloud are at the core of AI adoption for associations, we’ve invested heavily in growing our Data and AI practices while strengthening our core CRM offerings. This forward-thinking approach has positioned us at the leading edge of Salesforce innovation for member-based organizations.

Our CEO, Gayathri Kher, has emerged as a thought leader in the Salesforce/Association space, recently co-leading an AI Panel for Associations at Agentforce World Tour DC. This visibility and thought leadership have helped bring attention to the transformative power of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.

What Does This Mean for Our Clients?

The “Value” in the Partner Value Score is built around customers and reliability for real-world results.

As a Salesforce Summit Partner, we are duty-bound to meet your business and growth objectives through the right roadmaps, technology choices, solution design, and architecture. This means we adhere to formal standards for solution quality, delivery timelines, and development best practices.

Our team of 80+ certified consultants, over 75% of whom hold 3+ certifications and another quarter who possess AI-specific Salesforce certifications, is ready to deliver on even the most complex projects, including cutting-edge Agentforce implementations.

How Rare is a Summit Partner?

How Rare is a Summit PartnerOnly about 7-8% of all Salesforce consulting partners achieve Summit distinction, which sets the competitive bar very high. This exclusive status ensures that practitioners have put in the work and come from a genuine track record of delivering results and expertise.

For fusionSpan, reaching Summit status isn’t just about a badge or recognition. It’s validation of our approach to client partnerships. Since our founding in 2010, we’ve been committed to working with clients as true strategic partners, providing guidance and strategic forethought rather than simply completing projects as directed.

Looking Forward

As we celebrate this milestone, our focus remains on what matters most: delivering transformational value to the nonprofit organizations and member-based institutions we serve. Our Summit Partner status gives us enhanced access to Salesforce resources, early access to new technologies, and closer collaboration with Salesforce teams—all benefits that we’ll leverage to better serve our clients.

The journey to becoming a Summit Partner has been a decade in the making, but in many ways, it’s just the beginning. We’re excited about the future and the opportunities this recognition will create for our clients and team members alike.

If you’re looking for a strategic Salesforce partner that combines proven expertise with innovative thinking, we’d love to talk about how we can help your organization achieve its goals.
