Gayathri is Co-Founder and President of fusionSpan. She has extensive experience evaluating business processes and technology infrastructures and assisting associations in implementing solutions that are scalable based on future needs. Prior to co-founding fusionSpan, Gayathri spent over 10 years working in the association industry. Gayathri has a Masters of Science Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Maryland
Gayathri is an active participant in the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and currently serves as the Chair of the ASAE Technology Council.
Manav Kher Co-Founder &
The official gear-head of fusionSpan. Manav has over 18 years of enterprise software development experience and has been leading the software development team at fusionSpan since 2010. Previously he spent 10 years in various development leadership and architect roles in the healthcare industry.
Manav has a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is an avid golfer and spends most Saturday mornings trying to lower his handicap.
He comes with over 25 years of software experience, having worked in multiple roles in software and product development, consulting services, and product implementations. He has been in the association industry since 2004, notably working as VP of Engineering at Community Brands, and most recently, as Director of Client Services at Silverline. In his new role, Noel will be running all Salesforce operations at fusionSpan.
Noel enjoys collaborative environments and is driven by the challenges of a growing industry. He values putting client goals first, explaining, “When we enable clients to be the best they can be, the company automatically benefits; it’s simply the by-product of fully enabling passionate human beings.” He plans to strategically move fusionSpan forward toward its vision of bridging gaps through technology.
A member of the fusionSpan team since 2015, Justin brings his business and association background to the fusionSpan team. He serves in a range of roles both consulting with clients and supporting their strategic vision through technology. Prior to joining fusionSpan, Justin spent three years at the Council of Chief State School Officers, where he oversaw the implementation of the organization’s first ever association management system.
Justin has presented at both the Abila Users and Developers Conference, as well as the Texas Society of Association Executives. Justin has his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and was a Plan II and Math major at the University of Texas. Careful, his positive attitude is infectious.
Becky is the Director of Digital Strategy where she works with clients to transform their thinking and approach to digital spaces. She is a long-time technology and digital strategist with 26 years of experience in the nonprofit community. Prior to joining fusionSpan, Becky worked for 14 years as the lead consultant of a well-regarded association technology consultancy.
Becky is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in Journalism. She relocated to the DC area in 1999 when she became the director of communications for a major association management software firm. Becky lives in Silver Spring with her husband, two children, and a menagerie of pets. She is a volunteer on winter weekends on the National Ski Patrol at a resort in West Virginia.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a double bachelor degree in Computer Science and Accounting.
Hans was one of the leading architects of NetForum Enterprise. He brings over 16 years of experience working on the product, and is intimately familiar with the ins and outs of the software. Having recently left Abila, the opportunity to engage directly with associations has him excited about working with fusionSpan.
He is a BSIS Summa Cum Laude graduate of Strayer University. If Hans ever challenges you to a ping-pong match, decline – he lead his high school team to second in state. Now you’re more likely to find him on the sideline cheering on one of his three kids who are all very active athletes!
