Course Description:
In this 3-day course hosted on Zoom, you’ll get an in-depth overview of what’s needed to run, administer, and manage the Salesforce/Fonteva environment. We also cover various Salesforce Administrator functionalities that can be leveraged to administer the Salesforce/Fonteva environment so system administrators will have the knowledge they need to succeed.
We’ll cover essential system administrator skills like how to:

- Manage users and profiles
- Control page layouts
- Create report types and control report access
- Use sandboxes
- Upgrade Fonteva
- Leverage automation tools

Who’s this course designed for?
- Ideal for System Administrators tasked with managing and maintaining Fonteva Salesforce Environment, this course dives into advanced training topics and goes into more detail than the base Fonteva Product Training course we offer.
- Programming knowledge is not required for this course.
Hands-on Training Style
- While a few topics will be demonstration-only, most of this course is designed around hands-on learning exercises so you can truly become familiar with the Fonteva product.
- We strongly recommend a dual monitor setup for this course so you can both see your instructor’s screen and complete the exercise on your own screen more easily.
Prerequisites
- Basic Fonteva knowledge
- Experience working with Fonteva
- Salesforce Sandbox Environment with the Fonteva product installed and configured
- A sample training environment can be provided, but will not be configured to reflect your exact needs
Course Recommendations
- Previous completion of Fonteva’s Product Training Course
- Attending close to, or after, your Go Live date instead of earlier in the implementation process
- We use the latest product release (Winter 21) and recommend all our course attendees use the latest release to receive the most out of their training session

The training is hands-on, so please make sure you have a dual monitor set up so you can see the instructor’s screen and complete the exercises on your own computer in your sandbox environment.
