Raise more, run programs well, and keep supporters for life

We help nonprofits, foundations, and alumni advancement teams bring donors, grants, programs, and volunteers onto one Salesforce platform, automate engagement, and prove their impact.

The problem

Your team knows its supporters, grantees, volunteers, and program participants better than any system does. The trouble is that the system rarely reflects it. Gifts, grants, volunteer hours, event registrations, and program outcomes sit in separate tools. Staff keep their own spreadsheets, and reports cannot show the full picture of your impact.

Engagement suffers too. Every donor gets the same appeal. Stories that move people never reach the people they would move most. Small teams with big plans and small budgets cannot afford to guess at which initiative will pay off.

Meanwhile, the platform question looms. Many nonprofits on the Nonprofit Success Pack are weighing a move to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, and want to know whether the lift is worth it.

Goal: grow the share of donors in one year

United Way of McLean County
  1. 1

    Start focused

Instead of spreading the budget thin, we built one complex donor journey in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, designed to learn which stories each donor cared about most.

  2. 2

    Measure

The first phase drew modest engagement, which we expected. We studied what each audience opened, clicked, and ignored.

  3. 3

    Improve

We added hero images and clear calls to action, then relaunched.

The result+8%

Open and click rates each rose by at least 8% after the relaunch.

Questions we hear

Should we move from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud?

It is a strong strategic move for many organizations, but it is not a Quick Start. We specialize in NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud migrations and start by assessing what you have built, what depends on it, and what the move will take.

We have a small budget. Where should we start?

Start with the initiative most likely to pay for itself. For many teams that is either a clean, right-sized Nonprofit Cloud launch or one well-designed donor journey that teaches you what your supporters respond to.

Does this work for alumni advancement?

Yes. Advancement teams need the same donor management, journeys, and reporting, often alongside alumni membership. See our higher education and alumni page for how we approach it.

Can you show where our money comes from?

Yes. For a nonprofit health care organization, our Salesforce work made it possible to track repeat donors and separate donations, fundraising, and grants for a clearer picture of growth.
