Vice President of Technology Solutions

When we enable clients to be the best they can be, the company automatically benefits; it’s simply the by-product of fully enabling passionate human beings.

We’re growing! fusionSpan is excited to welcome Noel Shatananda to the team as Vice President of Technology Solutions. He comes with over 25 years of experience, having worked in multiple roles in software and product development, consulting services, and product implementations. He has been in the association industry since 2004, notably working as VP of Engineering at Community Brands, and most recently, as Director of Client Services at Silverline. In his new role, Noel will be running all Salesforce operations at fusionSpan.

Noel enjoys collaborative environments and is driven by the challenges of a growing industry. He values putting client goals first, explaining, “When we enable clients to be the best they can be, the company automatically benefits; it’s simply the by-product of fully enabling passionate human beings.” He plans to strategically move fusionSpan forward toward its vision of bridging gaps through technology.

Much of Noel’s guiding philosophy comes from his introspection. Over the years, he has found a sense of freedom in finding his true purpose of “empowering everyone I encounter, as little or as much as they’d like to be.” This is manifested in his empathetic, accountable, and collaborative leadership style, and is what brought him to a smaller, younger company like fusionSpan. He is happy to give all that he can to bring success to both individuals and to fusionSpan. We look forward to your leadership, Noel!
