Non-Profit Tech Podcast: Urban Land Institute’s Transition to Online Learning

In our latest Non-Profit Tech podcast, fusionSpan’s Justin Burniske and the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Vice President of Digital Marketing, Melanie Starkey, deep dive into one of ULI’s latest project’s – the implementation of ULI Learning.

As a global non-profit and membership association, ULI was tasked with implementing their Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver online learning for its members. With an objective to promote best practices in Urban Development, as well as the pressure to deliver digital offerings due to COVID-19, the ULI team faced a five week deadline for the LMS implementation.

Melanie shares how the project was able to be successful with an accelerated timeline, the components that go into planning a project roadmap, and general tips for those who are either deciding on or starting down an implementation journey of their own. Happy listening!
